These conditions govern the use of the nwdesigns.it website, operated by Pinworth S.r.l. — Via San Lucio 14, 00165 Rome (RM), Italy, VAT and tax code 15095411003, REA RM-1567605, certified email pinworth@pec.it. By accessing the site and using its contents you accept these conditions in full.
1. Subject and scope
These conditions set the rules for using the nwdesigns.it website and all the content it holds. The site exists to present the services of the nwdesigns agency, a brand of Pinworth S.r.l.
Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of these conditions. If you do not accept them, please do not use the site.
2. Intellectual property
All the site's contents — text, images, video, graphic elements, logos and layouts — are the exclusive property of Pinworth S.r.l. or of the respective clients, and are protected by Italian and European copyright and industrial property law (L. 633/1941, Legislative Decree 30/2005).
- Reproduction, distribution or modification of the contents without the written authorisation of Pinworth S.r.l. is prohibited
- Client trademarks and logos shown in the portfolio remain the property of their respective owners
- Portfolio case studies are published with the consent of the clients concerned
- Only personal, non-commercial use of the contents is permitted (e.g. reading, sharing links)
3. Use of the site and of the contact forms
You undertake to use the site lawfully and to provide, through the contact forms and the “Start a project” questionnaire, truthful information relating to yourself. Any automated or abusive use of the forms (spam, scraping, bulk submissions) is prohibited.
The processing of data sent through the forms is described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Limitation of liability
The site is provided “as is”, without express or implied warranties of continuity, absence of errors or fitness for a particular purpose. Pinworth S.r.l. is not liable for direct or indirect damages arising from the use of the site or from any inability to access it, to the extent permitted by law.
Links to third-party sites are provided for convenience only: we exercise no control over their contents and are not responsible for them.
The information published on the site, including the budget and service references in the questionnaire, is purely illustrative and does not constitute a contractual offer. Every engagement is governed by a separate agreement signed by the parties.
5. Changes to these conditions
Pinworth S.r.l. reserves the right to amend these conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date they are published on this page; using the site after publication constitutes acceptance of the updated conditions.
6. Governing law and jurisdiction
These conditions are governed by Italian law. Any dispute arising from the use of the site falls under the jurisdiction of the Court of Rome, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protection rules. The Italian version of these conditions prevails in the event of any discrepancy.
