We gave a voice to those who fight and a form to those who support them.

Associazione italiana per la lotta al Neuroblastoma ETS

A 360-degree communication strategy

Its communication, rich in value as it was, struggled to reach beyond the people who already knew the organisation and never quite reached the wider public. That is where we started: from the urgency of making visible what deserved to be heard.

We built a 360-degree communication system, able to bring strategy, storytelling, identity and continuity together.

Video spot

We strengthened the association's communication impact by producing high-quality institutional spots, designed to move people and convert during fundraising campaigns. These films turn the organisation's values into engaging visual narratives, optimised to maximise fundraising both on TV and across digital channels.

Donor journey

We designed an integrated system of social and search campaigns to find new supporters during strategic periods, followed by carefully crafted newsletters and direct mail that turn a digital contact into a real donation.

Social

For social, we devise content and graphics that raise awareness among new audiences and convert them into donors, with an editorial plan that holds emotion, information and communication together.

The newsletter

Twice a year we produce the association's printed newsletter: a full account of everything that has happened, from research milestones to fundraising campaigns, from local initiatives to updates on the projects funded by donations.

An editorial tool that holds the community of supporters together and makes the impact of their contribution tangible.
